About the Recipe
Ethnic Eating is a cookbook published by Canadian Scene in 1991 to commemorate the multilingual news service’s 40th anniversary. 90 recipes from all over the world came from Canadian kitchens and represented 30 different ethnic origins.
Unfortunately out of print, Ethnic Eating received excellent reviews on its release. Each month, Canscene has posted one of these recipes, with acknowledgments to the Canadians who submitted them.
Over the years, we’ve run through the whole book and
from time to time we shall return to Ethnic Eating but at present we’re offering a selection from other sources
